The SQLiteDatabase class is not extendable while other databases classes such as mysqli are extendable.

Reproduce code:
class s1 extends SQLiteDatabase


$s1 = new s1('db', 0666, $error);

Expected result:
no output

Actual result:
PHP Fatal error:  Class s1 may not inherit from final class (SQLiteDatabase) in 1.php on line 6
