Description:
------------
While drawing an elliptic object positioned vertically at the top(0px) the second line is not drawn. I'm using the embedded GD library (2.0.28 compatible).

Reproduce code:
---------------
if ($im = @imagecreatetruecolor(100, 100)) {
	$intCol = imagecolorallocate($im, 0xFF, 0x02, 0xF0);
	imagefilledellipse($im, 50, 0, 50, 50, $intCol);
	header('Content-type: image/png');
	imagepng($im);
} else {
	echo 'Could not create truecolor image';
}

Expected result:
----------------
I expect to see half a circle, with it's center at 50 x 0, like this:

http://kunde.apt.no/aso/imagefilledellipse/imagefilledellipse_expected_result.png

Actual result:
--------------
Instead I get this circle, with one line missing:

This image was created with the reproduce code:
