The php parses a SOAP response with multiple parts, it
ignores everything under a complex type. For example:
<soap_listTasksResponse SOAP-ENC:root="1">
<task_ids SOAP-ENC:arrayType="xsd:int[20]"
<errcode xsi:type="xsd:int">0</errcode>
<errmsg xsi:type="xsd:string">success</errmsg>
php gets task_ids, but it doesn't get errcode and

Reproduce code:
$proxy = SoapClient("...");
$rv = $proxy->myCall();

Expected result:
   [task_ids] => Array(
                         [0] => 519
                         [1] => 536
   [errcode] => 0
   [errmsg] => success

Actual result:
   [0] => 519
   [1] => 536
