Well, I was browsing the documentation and I came across a line that says "since PHP version 5.1.0" and it shocked me.  I thought I had the newest being 5.0.3, which is still not the newest.  But, there is no version 5.1.0.  And, with doing a Google search of the "Entire Documentation", it appears a lot.  I think it is a simple typo, but thought someone should know.  I'm sorry if I didn't see another bug listed with this problem.  I did search and couldn't find one.

It's no typo, we can simply predict the future. :) Rather than update the tense on every version we simply document everything as is. This is documented:
