The browscap line in php.ini point to a file browscap.ini
I have downloaded the latest version of the browscap.ini and there are some problems. When I restart the Apache Server, I get errors like "Error parsing "...browscap.ini" on line xxxx"
I get the same error twice...

It seems that the char ! (exclamation mark) is not allowed by the parser.


Oh, and something more, now in PHP5 it seems that there is a folder "extras", and the default value in php.ini is "extra/browscap.ini", you should add an s to extra ?

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

It's strange... I search before posting with 
"parse error browscap"
"parsing error browscap"
"parse error get_browser"

with the ALL option and I have got no result, that's why I post that one.
