there is a some litle problem in the russian manual version that goes in the chm format

namely, in the file system function section link to chmod() function doesnt load the function page when hit on it from the main function list 

it seems that link to the function page is wrong

could you please fix it?

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

We had this bug before reported, and we checked it out. It seems to be a bug in the Microsoft thing as we handle chmod exactly the same way as all other functions, and it is contained in the CHM.
