When I try to build php_ftp.dll I get the following error from the MSVC6++ compiler:

ftp.c
c:\php3\src\php-3.0.14\win32\include\portability.h(82) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'sys/param.h': No such file or directory
php_ftp.c

Error executing cl.exe.

All other projects build fine.

We are sorry, but can not support PHP 3 related problems anymore.
Momentum is gathering for PHP 5, and we think supporting PHP 3 will
lead to a waste of resources which we want to put into getting PHP 5
ready. Ofcourse PHP 4 will will continue to be supported for the
forseeable future.
