we enter the order:

./configure --with-mysql --with-apache=/usr/local/httpd/include 

after running we get the messages:

Invalid Apache directory -  unable to find httpd.h under 
/usr/local/httpd/include  

but under this directory the file exists. Before we are installing php4 on this mashine was php3 running with the apache
Apache Release: 10306100
Apache Version: Apache/1.3.6
Apache API Version: 19990320

and mysql.
