The /sapi/php4activescript.dll file is missing in the source tarball. I guess this is why a lot of people get this error trying to load a php file :

sapi/activescript is in the process of being moved to PECL, apparently. Also, this isn't really a reproducible crash.

This is not mentioned in the installation instruction of PHP 4.3.10. Also, nothing appears in the changelog for that release, or above. (We are still talking about PHP 4 right ?)
I assume it is still a bug.
