Description:
------------
I installed PHP 5.0.2 manually from the ZIP file. Configured Apache 2 for loading PHP 5.0.2. Started the Apache server without uncommenting the mySQL.dll in php.ini file, The server started normally with PHP. Then, as my application requires mySQL, i uncommented the php.ini file to load mySQL.dll and started Apache, it popuped the dialog saying that the module dll was not found though it was there in the directory. The popup displays twice.

My appache version is
apache_2.0.52-win32-x86-no_ssl.

Expected result:
----------------
The mySQL module should load

Actual result:
--------------
mySQL module is refusing to load

Sorry, but your problem does not imply a bug in PHP itself. For a
list of more appropriate places to ask for help using PHP, please
visit http://www.php.net/support.php as this bug system is not the
appropriate forum for asking support questions.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.

You most likely have a wrong libmysql.dll hanging around on your system.
