Is there any way to select wich DNS to contact when using the DNS functions or can it be added in V4 ?

Closing our oldest alive bug report here!

In PHP5 our DNS functions had a small overhaul, there were added new functionality to fetch different information for different records and such, take a look at: http://php.net/dns_get_record for example.
