on "_decodeBody($input, $encoding = '7bit')" function in "mimeDecode.php"

the line "switch($encoding) {"
whould be "switch(strtolower($encoding)) {"

Reproduce code:
When the transfer encoding of the attachemnt is in uppercase
the body doesn't get decoded.
