 $x = array();
 var_dump(isset($x[]));

Expected result:
----------------
bool(false)

4.3.8 returns false which is wrong, too.

Fixed in 5, 4.3 still returns false.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Correct versions. 4.3.9 and 5.0.2 will be correct.
