The current RSS feed for news ( is not well formed as reported by

'Your feed appears to be encoded as "UTF-8", but your server is reporting "US-ASCII"'

I believe the feed is no longer well formed because of the appearance of a "?" character in the word "Z?rich" of the news article entitled "OSCOM.4 with Apache Track".

I am no longer able to download the RSS feed using my RSS feed reader application Awasu ( because of this error.

I will fix the content-charset, it should be iso-8859-1 (and not utf8)
