On the php.net site (used us2, us3 and us4), most pages return a menu on the left and no information in the body on the right. Some pages return valid information, but it's consistent in what's blank and what isn't. This is for the functions manual.

Updated IE and restarted, and now can see all manual pages. Sorry for the inconvenience.
