module php_exif.dll not started with all server. The my server (Apache 2.0.48) say about that when I started server: "PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'd:\local\home\php5\ext\php_exif.dll' - The specified module could not be found.", but this is module place here.

You need to load php_mbstring.dll *before* loading exif.
