When we update a dataset with a "where"-condition and there was no result found, the odbc_exec returns true and no warning. The odbc_error and odbc_errormsg contain not this SQL-state +100.

When we update with odbc_prepare we got only a warning message, we cant catch with odbc_error, odbc_errormsg or php_errormsg. Our productive server works only without warnings.

We need the SQL-state-answer from the database.
We work with IBM DB2.
