Description:
------------
PHP Manual (http://www.php.net/ibase) says:
Constant Description
IBASE_FETCH_BLOBS Also available as IBASE_TEXT for backward compatibility. Causes BLOB contents to be fetched inline, instead of being fetched as BLOB identifiers.

but the source code (ext/interbase/interbase.c) differs from this:
there's nothing about IBASE_FETCH_BLOBS, only the "old" constant, IBASE_TEXT

Sorry, but your problem does not imply a bug in PHP itself. For a
list of more appropriate places to ask for help using PHP, please
visit http://www.php.net/support.php as this bug system is not the
appropriate forum for asking support questions.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.

The note in the manual is for PHP 5. PHP 4 only has IBASE_TEXT.
