Description:
------------
In PHP5-RC2 and RC3 when I try to add time to a time stamp with strtotime I receive improper results.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?
for ($i = 0; $i < 4; $i++)
{
        $mytime = strtotime ($i);
        echo "<br> $mytime - " . strtotime("+1 minutes", $mytime);
}
?>

Expected result:
----------------
1086566400 - 1086566460
1086570000 - 1086570060
1086573600 - 1086573660
1086577200 - 1086577260

Actual result:
--------------
1086566400 - 1086566460
1086570000 - 1086566460
1086573600 - 1086566460
1086577200 - 1086566460

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.
