Description:
------------
Is this a bug or what. Hust upgraded to 4.3.7 and noticed that input (type=text) form variables are getting corrupted.

so that e.g. $username, andrew = ?6??٩?

However the password field was OK.

Is this a bug or am I going crazy.

It works ok with $_REQUEST variables

Global variables is ON (unfortunately)

Expected result:
----------------
Should have the value from the form
