mssql_query() return one space extra ONLY in EMPTY (not null value) cols with varchar or char type. If this value is NULL the return value is right.

Please search the bugs database before submiting a new bug on issues already reported. (#256315 and #28124).

This is not a bug in PHP but in the Microsoft library used to build the extension.
