Description:
------------
The function strftime display the name of months in form: stycze?, luty, marzec, kwiecie?, maj, czerwiec, lipiec, sierpie?, wrzesie?, pa?dziernik, listopad, grudzie?, e.g. 2 stycze? 2004, 5 maj 2004, 20 sierpie? 2004. This is bad grammar. In accordance with polish grammar it should be: stycznia, lutego, marca, kwietnia, maja, czerwca, lipca, sierpnia, wrze?nia, pa?dziernika, listopada, grudnia, e.g. 2 stycznia 2004, 5 maja 2004, 20 sierpnia 2004.
