 post_max_size = 32M
upload_max_filesize = 32M
SMTP = *censored*
smtp_port = 25
sendmail_from = *censored*@domain.com
odbc.allow_persistent = Off
mysql.allow_persistent = Off
session.save_path = "C:\php\sessions"




Reproduce code:

even files without a <? ?> produce these results.. an empty file that is being parsed by php will exhibit this behavior.

Expected result:
----------------
I should see anything at all
