I got php 4.3.5 release and see, php_iconv module don't included into zip file.

Edin, there's something wrong with the win32 snapshot builds too? (latest win32 doesn't build at all and couple extensions don't get build for some reason in the stable win32 tree)

Iconv no longer compiles for php-4.x but we do include it in releases and release candidates. Please search the bug db before opening new bug reports (#27720).
