Description:
------------
I get the following message when using tempnam() function:

tempnam(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/opt/tmp/php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/www:/opt/php/lib/php:/opt/tmp/uploads:/etc/usermap:/opt/tmp/php) in /www/foto.inbox.lv/util.php on line 1492

Note that /opt/tmp/php _is_ within a list of allowed paths. Similar errors with copy() and move_uploaded_file().

move_uploaded_file() has no problems with the snapshot.
so, the bug is now only in tempnam() function.
