Problem: PATH_INFO is enabled by default in apache 1.3, but php 4.3.4 CGI doesn't pick it up correctly.

environment:
Winbook Z1 notebook, windows 2000, apache 1.3, php 4.3.4 CGI.

test script - foo.php:
  <?
    echo "<br/><br/>PATH_INFO: " . $_ENV['PATH_INFO'];
  ?>

test URL - http://localhost/foo.php :
  got: PATH_INFO: /foo.php
  expected: <empty>

test URL - http://localhost/foo.php/bar :
  got: No input file specified. 
  expected: /bar

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Try searching the bug database before submitting yet another report about already reported issue.
