I've downloaded the file "php-3.0.11-win32.zip" from a german mirror (sorry, don't remember which)
and in the installation instruction it says something about copying the INI file to my Windows directory.
The problem: There was no INI file in the ZIP.

I've unzipped the downloaded file with WinZip and put the files in a directory. There was no automatic
installation feature. I right-clicked on the included INF file and chose "Install". This didn't help either.

In the ZIP there is a file named "php3.ini-dist". You must rename this file to
"php3.ini" and copy it into your windows directory.
