When I enable the imap extension in php.ini and start apache (1.3), I get the following error:

Unknown():Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php\extensions\php_imap.dll' - Uno de los dispositivos vinculados al sistema no funciona (one of the devices attached to the system doesn't work).

I have checked that php_imap.dll resides in the appropiate directory, and I have tried with many versions of this file and of php with no success.
