There is a link to "Date Input Formats" for the function strtotime() ( which points to When visiting that link, a 404 error occurs. I believe the correct link would be: however I'm sure it can be found somewhere on this page:

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Already fixed. The correct URL should be on-line on next manual rebuild.
