This bug has been labelled as closed, but it is still present.

I am trying to employ ftp_nlist() and ftp_rawlist() to retrieve a listing of files on my FTP server.

Nothing is returned.

Reproduce code:
info is private :-)

$ftp_server = '65.61.159.xx';
$ftp_user_name = 'xxxxxxxxx';
$ftp_user_pass = 'xxxxxxxxx';
$conn_id = ftp_connect($ftp_server);
$login_result = ftp_login($conn_id, $ftp_user_name, $ftp_user_pass);
$mode = ftp_pasv($conn_id, TRUE);

$file_list = ftp_rawlist($conn_id,'/');

Expected result:
A listing of the files on the FTP server

Actual result:
Nothing is returned.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.

When you do add your comments to the preexisting bug report, please include the name/version of the FTP server you are querying against.

Also try querying against a public anonymous FTP server for comparison.
