Description:
------------
Whilst running PHP as a CGI executable on IIS5, I have noticed that *some* processes fail to terminate. These processes use up vital system memory, and must either be manually terminated, or the system must be rebooted.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.

Try searching the bug database before submitting any more reports about IIS + CGI..
