I have a problem with incorrect germany characters from my sql query(mssql_* functions). I have Windows 2000, IIS or Apache/1.3.27, PHP 4.3.3 and MSSQL Sever2000 with SP2.

In query analyzer are characters ok, but when I run php script in browser, the german characters are wrong ? - ". I checked Client Network utility - Conversion ANSI to OEM and  updated ntwdlib.dll in windows system32 directory. 

Can you help me?
