The ./configure script disobeys --program-suffix. No suffix is prepended to php, phpize, php-config, phpextdist, pear.


Reproduce code:
---------------
./configure --prefix=$HOME/test --program-suffix=-5

Expected result:
----------------
The files in $HOME/test/bin named 
php-5
php-config-5
phpize-5
phpextdist-5
pear-5

Actual result:
--------------
The files in $HOME/test/bin named 
php
php-config
phpize
phpextdist
pear

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
