Somewhere between PHP4.2.3 and PHP 4.3.1 REQUEST_URI disappeared.



Reproduce code:
---------------
echo $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'];


Expected result:
----------------
echo _SERVER['SCRIPT_NAME'] . '?' . _SERVER['QUERY_STRING'];


Actual result:
--------------
Notice: Undefined index: REQUEST_URI in ...
