Description:
------------
On the confirmation of submiting a bug. If one of the possible related bugs that is listed contains an open html tag in the summary, The rest of the page doesn't load or will mangle the display.

An example bug that gets listed and breaks the html:
Summary: Recognition of <script> tags broken ?
  http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=7946

it seems that the summary text needs to have htmlentities() applied to it.

Thanks
Curt
