I can't load the example scripts that came with PHP-GTK

I get the following error:

The procedure ... cannot be found in php4ts.dll

I have already installed PHP 4.3.3 with the Windows Installer. I have also installed PHP-GTK with the zip file extracted to: C:\phpgtk.

If i use this command in Start/Run i get the error:

C:\phpgtk\php4\php.exe C:\phpgtk\test\gtk.php.

Can you please help me?
