Description:
------------
This is similar to the other bug reports, but I believe it is ore comprehensive, and I have included a description of how I resolved it, maybe it will help you in fixing the problem.

Your download page for the Windows Binary v5.0.0b1 which is located at http://www.php.net/get/php-5.0.0b1-Win32.zip/from/a/mirror has a link problem.

The mirror links that come up don't point the browser to the file.

I got to download the file when I realized that the links were trying to point to a new page on the same server, so I manually changed the URL to the one to download the file.

I changed the URL from this:
http://us2.php.net/get/php-5.0.0b1-Win32.zip/from/a/mirror
to this:
http://us2.php.net/get/php-5.0.0b1-Win32.zip/from/this/mirror

Expected result:
----------------
I was expecting to download the file for the Windows Binary.

Actual result:
--------------
"Cannot find Server" error in Internet Explorer.

This problem is fixed in the website code, and it will propagate to mirror sites in a few minutes / hours, depending on their setup. Thanks for the report. For now you can use any other browser than MSIE to download PHP, as only MSIE had problems with the downloads.

Goba

BTW this is still a duplicate...
