this code is supposed to return the same as date() because my timezone is GMT +1

Reproduce code:

echo "Date: ".date('d/m/Y H:i:s');
echo "<br />";
echo "Gmdate: ".gmdate('d/m/Y H:i:s', time() + 3600);

Expected result:
----------------
Date: 17/07/2003 14:03:06
Gmdate: 17/07/2003 14:03:06

Actual result:
--------------
Date: 17/07/2003 14:03:06
Gmdate: 17/07/2003 13:03:06
