The following code worked on 4.3.1 but does not work on 4.3.2 on Mac OSX 10.2.6. with Apache 2.0.47.

preg_match() does not allow accentuated characters to be matched on the above configuration.


Reproduce code:
$x = "voil?";
 echo "matched";
 echo "unmatched";

Expected result:
