Description:
------------
Call to undefined function: fdf_add_doc_javascript() error received for windows binary php 4.3.2. fdf_get_version shows 5.0. I noticed the conditional compile in the c code, is the windows binary compiled with HAVE_FDFTK_5?

Better have Edin check. Seems like this is missing in the win32 build.
