When "<?PHP" is fed into the syntax high-lighter, it comes
out "<?php" - code syntax should be passed through unaltered
(otherwise it could mask an obvious error that someone is
trying to track down).

This is mostly harmless, but Zeev said he'd
take a look at it at some later date.
