Hallo,

I?m not able to get access to a databasefile in db3-format....
Php says:
Warning: dba_open(/z-internet/db/test.db,c): Driver initialization failed for handler: db3: Unable to establish lock in C:\z-internet\db\out-db.php on line 15
dba_open failed

That means that there is a lock on the databse file or something else went wrong while obtaining the lock. If you are sure there is no lock and you have no concurrent write access then you can use '-' as additinal mode parameter to skip locking.
