Calls to include(http://...) leave behind a file in /var/tmp

The files are all named something like "phpa004OG" and they always contain the result of the include(http://...) The files accumulate, the disk fills up, and bad things happen.

./configure \
        --enable-discard-path \
        --enable-mime-magic \
        --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql \
        --with-readline \
        --with-gd \
        --with-jpeg-dir=/usr/local/lib \
        --with-zlib-dir=/usr/lib
