There may well be bugs in php, but this bug is in webmaster@php.net.

I have asked (nicely) several time for the requirements of having a website listed in the 'links' page, but no reply whatsoever. The site recommended is (in my opinion) a great resource to the php community and non-profit. It also is far better in content and users that other similar listed sites.

What's the requirments? and a small email reply now and a gain would be good.
