Your php 4.3.1 is running out of 100% CPU not going down, on one server with 4-5 different php-sites the cpu should not max all the time and stay there, but it does! Shitty programming or just bad compability with windows/IIS?

Info: w2k, sp3, iis + all updates installed, single p3-cpu 1,3ghz, 512mb RAM.

Well, fix this and please come back with more information regarding this.
