I have installed PHP 4.3.1 and Apache 2.0.44 on server which is in US. When I started using the application then first time all pages get displayed but if I refresh or do some selection which is provided in appication then some of the pages can't get fully displayed and the browser icon goes on spinning and spinning and at end only half page is displayed.
I seen the bug 21262, when I set implicit fulsh On then it solve my problem partially but not completly.
Also in taskmanager php.exe has shown the CPU time as zero.
And the exe is removed after the spining is stopped.
I seen the error logs it says time out error I done lot of R&D but all in vain.
When I done the set up on my local machine with same configuration of apache 2.0.44 and php 4.3.1 then every thing works fine. The same allication works fine with PHP4.3.1 and apache 1.3.27

As suggested by you I installed the PHP and Apache but the problem doesn't get resolved.
It first seems me like network issue but when I run the application on US server itself but there also it gives same problem so not a network problem.
