Sometimes (not always) I get this message in browser (on the same .php page):

Warning: Unknown(C:\Documents and Settings\bohdal\MyWeb\address-sk.php): failed to create stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown(): Failed opening 'C:\Documents and Settings\bohdal\MyWeb\address-sk.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in Unknown on line 0

I am using ISAPI 4.3.1 PHP with IIS5.0 Server. On Linux server with PHP is always OK.
