require_once 'HTML/Template/ITX.php';

$tpl = new HTML_Template_ITX();
// error, no placeholder {foobar} in template
$err = $tpl->addBlock('foobar', 'foobar_block', '{newvar}');

instead of returning an error object, it dies with a fatal error:

Cannot instantiate non-existent class: it_error

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
