According to the man page, #include <alloca.h> is required
in the calling program. This should probably be fixed in
bison.simple.

I can provide files easily by e-mail, but not with this submit
form under Lynx 2.8.

Fixed in the latest CVS.

The correct solution appears to be include <alloca.h>
in parser.h after config.h. (config.h defines HAVE_ALLOCA_H
if it needs to be included.)
