My lead programmer has been trying different ways to compile PHP and MySQL as Apache Modules under MacOSX and is totally frustrated. It will compile but PHP crashes Apache. If anyone there has successfully done this please call him.

Have asked Patrik Bengtsson <patrik.bengtsson@grafix.se> for some additional information on Mac OS X
------------------
Hello Patrik,

From your PHP/QAT membership listing, I am guessing that you have managed to get PHP successfully running on Mac OS X...

I am trying to close bug report for Mac OS X and need to get more information.

Could you let me know what version you have installed, what modules your are running and how difficult the install was?

Thank you!------------------

Hi Dustin,

Please try installing the latest release of PHP.

If you encounter problems with the new release, please submit a new bug report.

Also, Patrik Bengtsson has posted a transcript of a recent successful install on MaxOSX at http://net.grafix.se/macosx_php4/
